Your wedding day is one of the most special days of your life and you’re sure to have a few questions as you plan.

Q1. How much do you charge and what are the deliverables?

Every wedding requires different efforts and team size therefore we discuss and get detailed idea from you to provide the budget estimates. Please reach out to us for more details

Q2. Do you do destination weddings? What additional fees are associated with destination weddings?

While Luxe Captures is based out of Bangalore, India. We do travel all around the world for weddings. While we do not charge additional fee for destination wedding photography. The cost of travel, accommodation, food and transfers is charged to the clients at actuals and added to the final bill. Alternatively, clients may arrange for our travel and accommodation.

Q3. How long will it take for you to deliver our wedding photos?

We typically deliver the final set of tastefully hand developed images from your wedding between 8-10 weeks. We usually present the album options to you at this time, and upon final payment & design approval, the album will take another 4 weeks to reach you.

Q4. What kind of printed album do you offer?

We offer a choice of Italian leather covers that can be personalized with the couple’s names & may your favorite image. The thick, UV protected archival quality pages allow the album to lay flat when opened, which enables an image to spread across both pages. We take couples input before designing the album so that we can make sure to feature their favorite images while also using our visual story telling abilities and design expertise. Album designs are tasteful and customized to showcase your images and tell your story.

Each Fine Art, Signature Italian album can accommodate an average of 120 photographs and costs Rs. 50,000/-

Q5. Will you provide me with a full dump of all the photos taken from my wedding?

Yes, we sure can with a small fee, and a 2 TB hard drive. Please do discuss this during the consultation for more details.

Q6. What are your terms of payment?

We require a 50% retainer fee to confirm the booking, 30 % one month before the wedding & the remaining on completion of the shoot.

Q7. How early should we book you?

We start the bookings one year in advance, sooner is better for us to plan everything, however we always recommend that you send us an email to check our availability.
